Law degree from University of Minho (2017) and postgraduate in Law and Informatics from the same university.

Initiated the Portuguese Bar Association internship in 2017 at Azevedo Brandão & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados, R.L., later joining the office in individual practice of Ricardo Pinto da Silva, Advogado, R.L.

Attended several conferences and short courses organized by the Portuguese Bar Association, student and commercial associations, and participated as a speaker at the IV International Symposium on Current Law organized by IBEROJUR for the presentation of the article entitled “GDPR COMPLIANCE ON THE BLOCKCHAIN: MAKING SMART CONTRACTS LEGAL”.

Areas of practice: Digital Law, Privacy and Personal Data Protection and Administrative offence Law.
