Pedro da Quitéria Faria (born 1980), Partner at Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados R.L. Law degree, Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Moderna de Lisboa (2007). Registered with the Bar Association since 2007. Following his degree, Pedro completed his internship at ACFA – Antas da Cunha Ferreira & Associados, going on to become Senior Associate and head of the firm’s labour department.
In 2013, Pedro would go on to become ACFA’s first non-founding partner.
In 2014, he joined the Labour Department at Miranda, Correia e Amendoeira, Sociedade de Advogados R.L., as Senior Associate.
Pedro was a university lecturer – Labour Law I and II and Judicial Practices I and II, at Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Moderna de Lisboa.
His practice is focused on Labour and Social Security Law.
Pedro is a contributor to several national and international publications, having published articles on labour issues, and participated as speaker in Labour Law-related conferences.
Pedro was a regular commentator on Diário Económico’s Económico TV.
Pedro coordinated the MSI Regional Meeting Lisbon 2012 as Hosting Partner.
Pedro was referenced by Corporate Intl. and MSI Alliance for Portugal in Employment Law.
Pedro was distinguished by Chambers Europe 2020 in the Employment area in Portugal.
