Alexandra Mota Gomes, Partner at Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados, Law Firm R.L .. Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and post-graduated in Arbitration from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Attended the post-graduate course in Economic and Financial Criminal Law at the Institute of Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and the Advanced Course in International and European Judicial Cooperation in Criminal Matters at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon .

His work has mainly focused on the area of ​​organized crime, economic and “white collar” crimes, with a special focus on preventing corruption, money laundering and terrorist financing. He also has extensive experience in the field of administrative offenses, especially in the field of banking, capital market, pharmaceutical, environment, construction, energy, telecommunications, advertising and economics.

He joined Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados as a Partner in December 2020, where he will be responsible for the management of the newly created Criminal, Contravention and Compliance Practice Area.
