Henrique Moser (born in 1969), Partner at Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados R.L. since July 2017. Law degree by the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Lusíadas de Lisboa (1995). Post-graduation in Tax Law (Corporate Tax – IRC and VAT) by IDEF (2011). Registered with the Bar Association since 1997. He completed his intership with Abreu & Marques Law Firm, where he started his law practice and was a partner between 2001 and 2010.

He was a founding partner of the law firm Moser & Lobo d’Avila between 2010 and 2013. From 2014 to 2017, he was a partner at Telles de Abreu & Associados.

He has several international recommendations in the area of Commercial and Real Estate Law.

Henrique focuses his practice on Commercial and Real Estate Law, M&A, Joint Ventures, and Project Structuring.
