Martha Gens (born 1984), Lawyer at Antas da Cunha Ecija & Associados, Law Firm RL., Has a degree from the Faculty of Law of Lisbon (2009), and a postgraduate degree from the same Faculty, in Criminal Investigation and Evidence Law (2012), with a thesis in the area of Money Laundering.
Before starting his internship at the Portuguese Bar Association, he was part of the Legal Department of the Association of Real Estate Professionals and Companies of Portugal, since his graduation, and subsequently the Real Estate Coordination and Divestment Department, of Banco Santander.
In 2015 she started her internship at the Portuguese Bar Association and became a trainer at the APEMIP Academy, an activity she still maintains. He teaches subjects such as the Legal Regime for Real Estate Mediation, Acts and Contracts, Local Accommodation and the Legal Regime to Combat Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism.
He completed his internship at the Bar Association, 2017, at Martinez Echevarría e Ferreira, Law Firm.
At the same time, he is a member of APDD - Portuguese Association of Sports Law and Chairman of the Board of APDA - Portuguese Association for the Defense of Adepts, as well as a member of the Board of Football Supporters Europe, an international organizational structure in the wake of UEFA and the European Commission.
